I’ve been in the business of golf since 1991. First working across a range of general management positions at golf clubs including Caloundra, Croydon, Rosanna, and Yarra Yarra. Then, I established WellPlayed Golf Business Consultancy in 2011.

I have developed an expert understanding on how to operate, cultivate and optimise golf business strategy, facility design and development, and golf business performance. Also, I'm involved in bringing together talented people and golf businesses at the executive and management level.

I’m passionate about the different ways in which Australians are now engaging with golf and the need for the wider industry to understand these drivers and respond. Having spent 20-years in golf club environments, I support the role that golf clubs, public-access golf courses, driving ranges, mini-golf, and virtual golf centres all have in introducing people to the game, then providing ways to stay involved.

I’m proud to have co-founded Golf Business Forum, in 2015. The 2-day education and networking event inspired the diverse range of golf businesses, industry organisations and commercial partners that delight Australia’s 3.2M golfers, and beyond.

Our first event was held in 2016, then 2018, unfortunately we missed out in 2020 due to the pandemic, but in 2022 we partnered with the PGA of Australia and Golf Australia to successfully deliver Golf Business Forum \ PGA Expo 2022, to 529 attendees, in Melbourne. This was our final event.
